Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula - Metro Atlanta
Hey, Y’all!
Many years prior to becoming a doula, I worked in healthcare and various nursing applications, eventually honing in on my desire to support expecting and birthing families. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula and I have assisted hundreds of families during their pregnancies, births and postpartum returns.
I'm passionate about mentoring new doulas and educating our local community on sustainable birth work. I truly believe that a team-based model is the best way forward for anyone who works in an on-call industry.
My favorite past times are spent outdoors, barefooted, with my husband, 2 nearly-grown kiddos, 2 pups and our dearest family and friends - Sitting by campfires, tinkering with music, and scavenging the woods.

Certified Labor Doula and Certified Postpartum Doula - Metro Atlanta
My passion for all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum began with the birth of the first of my two children. The phenomenal support I received while recovering from birth motivated me to begin working as a postpartum doula, and eventually to pursue labor and birth certification. It is my privilege to help new parents step into their roles with confidence and compassion, and to provide a calm, nurturing presence as they navigate this vulnerable time of caring for their newborn.
My master’s degree in public health raised my awareness in the importance of engaging in work that eliminates disparities in maternal health, which continues to drive the focus of my doula work.
When not doula-ing, you can find me at the soccer field, in music class with my boys, or in the kitchen cooking up something delicious. I love listening to audiobooks and recommending them to new parents, for when they’re trapped under a napping or feeding baby!
