As a stay-at-home mother for over two decades, I value the difficult yet rewarding work of parenting. Motivated by a desire to help others navigate birth and parenthood, I became a doula and childbirth educator in 2000. This work, along with the more recent Birth Story Healing and grand-parenting workshops I’ve mentored, comes from deep in my heart and helps foster profound connections with the families I serve.

Yoga and meditation help me stay connected to our beautiful planet, and sharing adventures with my grandchildren keeps me grounded--when we’re not exploring in the woods, we’re doing crazy crafts and baking lopsided cakes.
