Growing up the oldest of five, I learned firsthand the importance of family and the rich rewards that come with it. As a nanny for 15+ years, I’ve loved working with babies and children of all ages, particularly special-needs children and babies.

After having a child of my own, I realized the importance of having support to navigate the challenging postpartum journey; this inspired my calling to work as a postpartum doula.

When not supporting families, I love researching various topics at length and planning and attending toddler activities. I look forward to supporting your family’s postpartum needs!
