Daytime Postpartum Doula - Metro Atlanta

When a baby is born, the parents are newly born as well. I learned this after giving birth to the love of my life, my heart, my son. The profundity of that experience pulled me toward this path of becoming a certified postpartum & infant care doula. 

The power of all birthing people during the transformative, vulnerable fourth trimester is immense. It is an absolute privilege to be able to step into this sacred space and be of service to families during this time. 

I offer nonjudgmental, inclusive support of all families from all walks of life. I believe in the importance of advocating for reproductive justice, informed consent and evidence-based care in the birth and postpartum space. 

In my spare time you can find me with my husband and son exploring nature, swimming laps, cooking healthy meals, or just enjoying the present moment.
