Certified Birth Doula - Metro Atlanta

I believe that the tools we need for birth reside within us already, and I work to help birthing people develop the sense of self-trust needed to access those tools. I offer nonjudgmental support to help folks birth with confidence, beauty and empowerment.

I hold a BA in Health Communication at UNC Charlotte. Everything I’ve experienced in life has paved the way to my work as a doula—from babysitting as a teenager through working as an au pair, home health aide and nanny.  One of my strengths is to find “family” wherever I go. Meeting people around the world and coming to understand their perspectives on birth and children affirms that this work is my heart's calling.

I like to travel, cook, garden, read and spend time with my family, especially in nature.
